After the sweat comfort




Exercise is not comforting at first. It takes will power and motivation to actually start a work out. However comfort in exercise is found after the exhaustion. The result of working out is what makes people feel comfortable. Comfortable in their body.  After many times going to the gym or doing a sport, exercise shows change. What made a person not comfortable before was their body fat, but exercise changes this to make a person feel comfortable in their body. 

Comfort in Exercise. 

1. Exercise makes you sweat. Sweat helps your body release toxins that can clog pores and cause your skin to break out with  pimples and blemishes. According to Sandra M. Johnson, MD, a dermatologist, “The body only has so many mechanisms to rid itself of toxins — the kidneys, the liver, and the skin. Exercise increases blood flow to the skin, increases neuronal stimulation, and allows the sweat glands to increase their functions and rid the toxins.”



2. Exercise tones your muscles. The more toned you are beneath your skin, the healthier your skin will look and feel. The stronger and firmer your muscles are, the less likely for appearances of cellulite and dimple fat in your thighs and other areas.  Exercise improves the the look of your body shape and helps a person feel more comfortable in wearing things such as bathing suits. 

3. Exercise boosts oxygen and blood flow to the skin. Studies have shown that constant  exercise everyday increases blood flow enough in type 2 diabetics to help reduce the chance of skin problems.  Exercise gets the blood flowing, and because of this oxygen is carried to the skin. The boost in blood flow and oxygen to the skin cells also helps bring nutrients that improve skin health more than beauty products from a store would. 

4. Exercise eases stress. Exercise has always been known as a great way to get rid of stress. Exercise is a stress reliever and helps get rid of built up emotion. For example, when people are angry exercise is a good way to let out anger and stress in a healthy way. 

5. Exercise gives your complexion a beautiful, natural glow. When you exercise, your skin begins to produce more of its natural oils that help skin look vibrant and healthy. Because of this it gives us natural moisturizers in our skin. Having a better complexion, is another way in which exercises helps us feel comfortable.
